PriDoc is a software application, designed specifically for General Practice and aimed at helping with many of the management functions that take place including Recruitment, Personnel, Rotas, Payroll and Accounts.
You can choose from 7 different software modules according to your requirements.
Just buy the module(s) you want or buy all 7 modules to build a fully comprehensive Management System for General Practice.
All 7 modules are fully ‘integrated’ – so, for example, basic shift patterns that are entered as part of the details of a new recruitment will automatically populate the successful applicant's contract of employment and the staff Rotas. Holidays, overtime, sick leave, time-off-in-lieu etc. are entered into the Scheduler which, together with the Rotas information and the Pay details held in the Personnel module, are then all fed into the Payroll module. The Practice Payroll can thus be managed directly from the Scheduler and Personnel modules (powerful tools in their own right), rather than as a separate process.
All of the modules use information that is common to many of them, and by entering this information into the System only once, the time-saving and consistency benefits can be considerable.
It’s a great way of working that will save time, money and significantly improve efficiency and accuracy.
