All Practices, in common with businesses of any size, are required to take "reasonable measures" to ensure the safety and welfare of their staff, as well as people visiting the organisation, and central to this obligation is the process of Risk Management. This PriDoc module facilitates the management of the Practice's inventories and the corresponding maintenance/calibration/PAT schedules, as well as the risk management of administrative and clinical activities and procedures. Editable Risk Management Questionnaires are provided, which can be completed and stored manually and/or electronically. By drawing on information already in the Communications module, correspondence (letter, fax or email) with equipment suppliers/maintainers is generated automatically at the appropriate intervals.
